The Marshal of Subcarpathian Voivodeship visited the place of construction of the International Meeting Center
The delegation of Polish partners of the Precarpathian University headed by Marshal of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship Wladyslaw Ortyl visited the International Meeting Center (IMC) for the Youth of Ukraine and Poland (Mykulychyn village, Ukraine), the construction of which was started in November of the previous year.
Wladyslaw Ortyl together with the representative of the Bieszczady Mountain Rescue Department (town of Sianok, Republic of Poland) and the representatives of the Ukrainian party on the eve of the visit signed the Declaration on future cooperation in the framework of joint actions aimed at creating favorable conditions for the functioning of the future Ukrainian-Polish Mountain Rescue School between Ivano-Frankivsk State Administration and the Subcarpathian Voivodship. The guests were interested to get acquainted with the IMC, which is the satellite project of the Research Center “Observatory”.
Rector of the Precarpathian National University Igor Tsependa talked about the course of construction and presented the project of the future International Meeting Center for Youth. After all, with idea of the Precarpathian and Warsaw universities, the activities of the IMC must be aimed at developing partnerships and cooperation between students, representatives of extracurricular education and the volunteer movements of Ukrainian and Polish youth as well as young people from other countries of the European Unioncountries. The International Meeting Center will promote the process of European integration of Ukraine.
